Panchenko Caviar House group of companies was founded in 2008

We grow rare species of sturgeon and salmon on our own eco-farms in protected areas of Georgia. Our fish grow in ideal potable water enriched with oxygen, and we feed them with biologically clean extruded feed. We do not use harmful substances in the production process, which allows us to offer our customers the highest quality products with a clear conscience.

Rioni Sturgeon Factory

Rioni Sturgeon Factory is a unique enterprise in Georgia specializing in the conservation and restoration of endangered sturgeon populations.
Situated in the Colchis Valley, on an island in the Rioni River, 14 km from the city of Kutaisi, the farm occupies an area of 60 hectares and includes buildings with a total area of over 10,000 sq. m.
The main mission of the factory is the reproduction of rare and endangered sturgeon species.
